Return Policy

  • Please note IMAGES don't reflect actual part Images are just to give customers an idea of the item they might be purchasing. manufacturer (Dealers) catalogs are never a direct description of part you are looking for.
  • For returns, please make sure all parts are in resalable condition; brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging with part number labels as found in a retail store. we are not responsible for any orders were customer ordered wrong par or that were completed without a vin# for authentication.
  • ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY US VIA E-MAIL. IF YOU SEND A PART BACK WITHOUT US AUTHORIZING THE RETURN, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PARTS. CREDITS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. IF YOU DIDN'T PROVIDE A VIN# WITH YOUR ORDER OR YOU ORDER THE INCORRECT PART YOU ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR GETTING THE ITEMS BACK TO US IN RESALABLE CONDITION.
  • All return parts that meet our return policy below will issued a credit 4-6 working days after we receive parts. we don't do exchanges we will credit any times returned minus shipping and restocking fee and you can place order for parts needed.
  • E-mail us to arrange for any returns at parts[at]discountpartsmonster.com.
  • A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
  • Items under $8.00 are non-returnable.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts and no credit for shipping. 
  • Parts must be return in good conditions. resealable and in the original packaging.
  • We cannot take back used parts.
  • We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
  • Electrical parts are not returnable.
  • We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
  • Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt with the exception of Lexus, Acura or Subaru. Lexus, Acura & Subaru parts will not be accepted for return or exchange 5 days after orders are received.
  • Written verification that a part purchased from our site is found to be defective by a CERTIFIED dealership (Toyota, Lexus, and any additional manufacturers) is required for warranty exchanges.
  • Lexus, Acura & Subaru parts will not be accepted for return or exchange 5 days after orders are received.
  • For returns, please make sure all parts are in resalable condition; brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging with part number labels as found in a retail store for a full refund. Please provide a copy of your invoice in the box so that we can process your return as soon as possible.   • All core returns must be sent back in the original box or packaging, when applicable.

Cancellation Policy

  • An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled no later than the day before it ships. the day of shipping will be too late and no longer in our possession.
  • If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 15% may apply.
  • Our catalog is provided by a third party and may contain incorrect weights & dimensions for some parts. You will be informed if this occurs when we are ready to ship, you can choose to cancel the order or pay the additional shipping cost. We apologize for any inconvenience. You have the right to cancel orders with any pricing change after the order was placed, but must cancel before they ship. Once your order has shipped, you can no longer cancel your order.
